This Privacy Policy explains how Reelpro International ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Skillmate mobile application ("Skillmate", "the App"), a job-matching platform connecting tradespeople with employers in the United Kingdom.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Skillmate:

• Account information: your email address (required to create an account and sign in), and full name.
• Phone number: optional — you may choose to add this to complete your profile. It is not required to use the App.
• Profile information: your trade(s), work location, and profile photo, if you choose to add one.
• Certifications and cards: images or details of trade certifications/cards you choose to upload to your profile (e.g. CSCS cards).
• Job activity: jobs you view, save, or apply to, and related in-app activity used to improve your experience and notify you of relevant listings.
• Usage data: basic in-app event data (such as app opens, screens viewed, and general activity) used internally to understand how the App is used and improve it. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Skillmate account
• To connect workers with relevant job opportunities and employers with suitable candidates
• To send account-related emails, such as sign-up verification and password reset codes
• To send in-app notifications about new jobs matching your trade or activity relevant to your account
• To maintain the security and integrity of the App
• To improve and develop new features within Skillmate

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database and backend platform, with access controls (Row Level Security) restricting your personal data to your own account. Emails are sent through Resend, a transactional email provider, solely for account verification and password-related communication.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your Skillmate account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal profile data will be removed within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for optional data (such as your phone number) at any time
